Well, first things first, I uploaded my Little Women works which were for my school project. Those are on the TTHLTS page.
And, I have (2) new colorizations! Yay! The first is Diane Kruger, and the second one is Drew Barrymore. Both are now uploaded, so take a lookie. The Diane one was really fun (but not easy!), playing w/her eyeshadow and all the fun fiddling. 
NOW, the hard one was Drew. Each one took two days to complete, but the Drew color really took up a lot more time than Diane's color. First of all, the eyes turned out to be great, after a lot of deleting layers, and hueing, and junk. But then it was doing the hat, and the hair, and the tank top that took a looooong time. A lot of erasing and fiddling w/layer properties and opacities. 
And then trying to make her skin less orangey, until I finally decided to try color balance and it got a hell of a lot better. The background took a long time, but it wasn't too bad. Not much embellishing for Drew, b/c everything else took so much effort. Honestly, making the tank top and bra straps white were probably the parts that took me the longest. It probably won't be the hardest one I'm ever going to do, but it was the hardest one so far for me in Photoshop. Aah. Not much else newbies, though. I've been throwing myself into an English essay, and I want to get a good grade on it. All right then, gotta scoot into the shower. I'm all gross from today (read why in today's journal).

Well, update today! I made another icon (slow progress, I know, for the reason, read my journal for today) and set up the link back page and the (2) new buttons. Also, in a stroke of genius, I FIXED THE DAMN COLORIZATIONS PAGE!
Jubilee...anyway, so I'm happy. Short update, but aren't you glad that there was one? Oh, and the Halo Scan was pissing me off, but in another stroke of genius (lot of those today) I fixed that, too! Yeah. Well. That's it for today.Kiss kiss, nicole

Oh so sorry for the week of silence.
But I wasn't completely quiet for the entire week. I've been laden down with homework and projects, and yesterday was Happy Halloweenie, but I've actually been working a little, too! I made a new texture last week (yay!), and I made (1) new icon with Jo March from Little Women. It was cropped from my English project for the book. I think it's cute for my first Photoshop icon. 
I also set up the Cbox, and HaloScan! And I've added a couple new pages and edited all of them. Also, we've made an insignificant move! We went from 'geocities.com/arwenturwaithiel/naeoliaxx.html', to 'geocities.com/naeolia'! It's a hell of a lot less typing to do. Alright, I'm tuning out for tonight. Not really though, b/c I still have to finish a little homework. No journal tonight, sorry. Not feeling much at the moment. Oh yeah! Damn, the colorizations page is still messed up. Guess I'll just have to deal with it. Why is it so crappy in IE??xoxo, nicole
